How are The Collegiate Player visors and hats sized?
All Collegiate Player hats and visors are one size fits all. The snapback closure for the hat and polished buckle closure for the visor are adjustable and can fit a head circumference from 56-59cm (need to check circumference.)
What materials are Collegiate Player products made of?
The snapback hat collections are constructed of a cotton twill. The visors are constructed of a poly/cotton blend.

Payment types
We currently accept all major credit cards, paypal, Amazon Pay, and shopify payments. We will continue to add secure payment processes in the future.
Care instructions
We recommend that you hand wash all Banner & Oak products at cold temperature and dry flat. This will prevent shrinkage and prolong the life of your garment.
Cancel order
Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes or cancel your order at thecollegiateplayer@gmail.com. Once orders move into the shipping process we may be unable to make changes.
Why is payment declined
The most common reason payments are declined is because the billing address entered does not match the billing address on file with your bank or card holder. Please contact your bank to confirm the correct billing address. Your billing address can be different from your shipping address.
How fast is shipping? Tracking?
All orders are guaranteed to be shipped out within 24 hours. Shipping time is based on the shipping selected, with 2-3 day shipping being standard via USPS. A tracking number will be provided via email at the time of delivery and products can be tracked via the carriers website.
How does free shipping work?
We offer free shipping on all domestic (lower 48 United States) orders of [$65] or more, after any discounts. Free shipping is 5-7 business days with United States Postal Service.
